You now have the opportunity to learn the language and get to know the country and culture of the Beijing Olympic City. Beijing is China’s political and cultural capital. The city was substantially renovated and upgraded in connection with the preparations for the Olympics, but there are still old and genuine living areas.
The city has a number of interesting sights that are well worth a visit, of which “The Forbidden City” and Tienanmen Square are perhaps the two best known.
