Our other alternative in China is Shanghai. Shanghai is considered China’s commercial capital and has also been substantially upgraded in recent years. Shanghai is the world’s largest port city, located at the mouth of the Yangtze River in the East China Sea. The Huangpu River, a bee to Yangtze, divides Shanghai into two. On one side of the river lies the city’s new business centre Pudong, with a very impressive skyline and skyscrapers you hardly ever see anywhere else. On the other side, along The Bund, Shanghai’s popular river promenade, one can also see many old buildings with 19th-century English and French architecture, when the city had large European settlements.
The language travel agency’s School of Cooperation has offices in both Beijing and Shanghai, and the course and accommodation options are the same. The school is very central in both cities and offers very high quality Chinese language learning.
Both Beijing and Shanghai have a lot to offer, so which one you choose becomes a matter of taste.
